“Just Another Day”
NHS Lothian, Western General Hospital, Edinburgh
A Chief Registrar within NHS Lothian wanted to create a short DVD about their workplace culture and have a positive impact on staff morale. We discussed the potential of the project and how it could communicate a deeper message about the workplace, and engage with other stakeholders including patients.
The final DVD has just been completed and debuted within departmental training as well as site wide drop in sessions. The feedback has been incredible.
