Paul delivered a workshop to a group of 20 TEDx University of Edinburgh speakers and had everyone engaged, laughing and learning. Through the various activities organised by Paul, the speakers felt more at ease speaking in front of an audience and learnt invaluable skills to apply in times of a crisis. A huge thanks from the entire TEDx University of Edinburgh team!

Paul Stretton has helped run interview and presentation skills training with anaesthetic trainees for the past two years, with exceptional feedback and positive results for candidates at interview. Trainees have fed back to us that this was ‘so helpful for the non-technical skills’, ‘good advice that I can really apply’, that Paul was a ‘great speaker’ and ‘very helpful’. In particular, the participants felt that the interactive nature of the session was enjoyable and useful. Paul has been the height of professionalism, and has always been willing to adapt his training to the needs of the groups. It has been much to our benefit that he has been involved with the development of the interview skills programme.
